Utsav is a technology transactions lawyer with experience of more than 10 years across 4 different countries including the US, the UK, and India. He graduated from one of the top law schools in India and also holds a masters in law from the University of California, Berkeley with a certificate of specialization in Law and Technology. He has worked in the top law firms of the UK and India in multiple practice areas including capital markets, acquisition finance, real estate litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, patent litigation, and intellectual property advisory for start-ups, SMEs to multi-national conglomerates. Currently, he is serving as the legal counsel for Design Everest, Inc., a leading two-sided marketplace for pre-construction services in California.
