Timothy Hsieh is a judicial law clerk for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He formerly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Roy S. Payne of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and as a judicial law fellow for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, which are among the busiest federal patent district courts in the country. Tim also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he graduated with a Law & Technology (IP) certificate, was elected into the Dean’s Circle, and was an Articles Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
