Samantak Ghosh is a Senior IP Counsel at Gilead Sciences where he focuses on protecting, developing and enforcing Gilead’s IP. Dr. Ghosh has managed a number of high profile patent-related disputes, including competitor litigations, Hatch-Waxman Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigations, and post-grant proceedings such as inter partes review (IPR) proceedings. He also supports and manages due diligence, patentability and freedom-to-operate analysis.
