Previously, Ronit was in private practice at the Silicon Valley office of international law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. There, she focused on patent prosecution, patent landscape analysis, and opinion letter drafting in a broad scope of industries such as high-powered laser technology, nanoparticles & nanotubes, medical devices, microfluidics, chemical recycling, and purification, small-molecule & bio-pharmaceuticals, food industry, and Next Generation Sequencing. Beforehand, Ronit was at the intellectual property firm of MacMillan, Sobanski & Todd, in Ohio servicing clients in various technological areas such as renewable technology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
Ronit regularly speaks at conferences and has been featured as a guest lecturer at Stanford University, in the department of Mechanical Engineering. Ronit has a background in Chemistry with specialization in material science. She conducted her Post-doctoral studies at Stanford University in the Chemical Engineering department; and earned her Ph.D. at the Weitzman Institute of Science, Israel from the Materials & Interfaces Department. Ronit received her J.D. from the Toledo College of Law with emphasis on Intellectual Property.
Ronit is a member of the California Bar and is registered to practice with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
