Roisin is a European Patent Attorney, a European Design and Trademark Attorney and a US Patent Agent. She also qualified as a Chartered Patent Attorney in the UK and as an Irish Patent Agent. She holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Queen’s University of Belfast. Roisin is a Partner in FRKelly.

Roisin has over 20 years’ experience in the IP profession and provides a wide range of intellectual property services to local and international clients, including many universities and research institutes in the UK, USA and Ireland.

She previously worked in both in house and private practice IP positions in the UK and the US. She worked as sole practitioner and managed IP portfolios for small companies from 2007 to 2015. In addition, having a PhD herself, helps her to gain the trust of academic inventors.
