Priya brings two decades of product, technology, and business counseling experience gained from her time in private practice and as in-house counsel advising both emerging-growth companies and large public enterprises including Capgemini, King & Spalding, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and Nextel Communications. Her practice areas focus on structuring and executing high-revenue deals, information governance, IP portfolio management, open source compliance, and strategic software licensing.

Priya is routinely invited to participate in panel discussions at Legal and IP conferences. She received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law and her B.A. Honors in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Priya is also an LL.M Honors Candidate in Information Technology and Privacy Law at The John Marshall Law School.
