Justice (R) Muhammad Farrukh Irfan Khan has been in law practice for over forty years out of which he has spent almost ten years as a constitutional Judge of the High Court in Pakistan. He is one of the busiest lawyers in the MENA region for brand enforcement, contentious causes, licensing, cross-border strategies for litigation, arbitration, strategic planning of large IP portfolios, etc.
His work has been covered by many leading law reports. A frequent speaker and writer on IP law around the world including organizations such as INTA, PTMG, APAA, Marques, AIPPI, IIPLA, WIPO, etc. A member of leading international associations of law practitioners, and a former member of the Board of Directors of INTA, he has also taught IP Law at various Universities as a visiting professor.
