Mohamad Assef Nasser is a founder and managing partner of NALF International FZ-LLC, a well-known law firm in UAE. He finished his Masters in BAU Beirut, in private law and has been working as a lawyer for past 21 years and gathered a wide experience in the MENA region .And is a Registered Practioner of DIFC Court. He started his career in 2000 as a as trainee lawyer in the Lebanese Bar Association. Later Served as Lieutenant in the Lebanese Military Court, as the Discipline Officer, having more than thirty soldiers of different ranks under my command for a year. On 2003, He established and operated his own firm in Tripoli, Lebanon, which developed into a successful practice until he moved to Dubai. Mohamad managed a team of competent innovative lawyers and paralegals before the Lebanese and Syrian jurisdictions. Later he joined as Lecturer at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Science, in Beirut teaching Insurance, Tax, Civil, Trade, and Intellectual Property courses for both Actuarial Masters and Bio Tech Masters degrees. He kept his foothold in UAE by joining in Bin Shabib LLP as a senior associate by managing and directing a team of advocates and paralegals located in the UAE, Oman and Beirut, on numerous litigation disputes. On 2012 , Mohamad worked as Mid-Level Lawyer at Ince & Co International law firm (Dubai Branch), handling contentious and none contentious cases, related to shipping, maritime, international trade, oil and gas, construction and insurance industry. Later on 2013, he established a law firm in U.A.E which has been successfully running for past 8 years. Mohamad published several articles about private international law, government liability towards aviation incidents, and a comparative study about the exclusive trade agency. Drafted several studies about UAE real estate law, the new checks committee, nullity in Civil law, Companies liability, Execution of foreign Judgments and Arbitration awards. Attended many arbitration seminars pertaining too, human rights, and e-commerce, professional liability that were prepared by ICC, Wales Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of
