Michael Rueckheim is a patent litigator with a high-level background in technology. He focuses his practice on patent litigation, post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board, ITC actions and related intellectual property and trade secret matters. Before becoming a lawyer, Michael obtained nearly ten years of experience focusing on trouble-shooting issues with high-tech instrumentation such as plasma etchers (as a semiconductor process technician) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometers (as an analytical research chemist).
