Dr Kieran Williams is a Principal at Shelston IP, one of Australia’s largest IP Firms, practicing in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences and plant breeder’s rights. He has extensive experience in drafting patent specifications, filing and prosecuting Australian and foreign patent applications, obtaining pharmaceutical patent term extensions, providing patent validity, infringement and FTO opinions, and conducting patent oppositions before the Australian Patent Office.
