Jason thrives in IP settings and enjoys the process of seeing growth in new companies, as well as nurturing established businesses. He worked as an associate at Kilpatrick Townsend, and was the Senior Vice President at Clairvolex.
Jason received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, with a Dean’s Certificate. He especially values the experiences he’s secured practicing IP law throughout the world. His work has taken him from China and India, to European countries, as well as countless major cities all over the U.S.
Prior to discovering his love for IP Law, Jason earned a Masters of Science in Physics (BS, MS, Utah State University; Logan UT). As a student at USU, he designed, built, and managed an experiment that flew on the Space Shuttle Discovery. He also taught and shared his passion for physics at Utah Valley University
