Haris Z. •Patent transactions and related activities, such as searching for target patent acquisitions, conducting duediligence investigations, and negotiating patent sales and licenses.
•Significant experience in litigating patent disputes, marketing patents to third parties, and evaluating patents foracquisition.
•Mr. Bajwa’s technical expertise spans the fields of mechanical products, semiconductors, business methods,networking and wireless communications, cloud computing, mobile devices, web browsers, geographicalinformation systems (GIS), large-scale data analysis and storage, databases and structures, image processing,analog and digital circuits, and consumer electronic devices.
Mr. Bajwa received his B.S. in electrical engineering (magna cum laude) from North Carolina State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia-School of Law.
