their IP rights across the MENA region based on the best applicable legal, financial and taxation regulations. He also spearheads law enforcement and anti-counterfeiting activities in various industries on behalf of many of the most valued international brands in the world.

Hady is a well-known Lecturer, Speaker, and senior legal executive who enjoys over 30 years of management and legal expertise in various industries with a focus on Intellectual Property, Healthcare, Insurance, and Real Estate. Hady has a proven track record in providing strategic legal counsel and transactional expertise, as well as management of local and regional operations.

Hady is an active member of many international and national organizations that are concerned with IP matters and in particular, he is a board member of the Brand Protection Group in the Gulf (www.gulfbpg.com) and member of the Middle East Global Advisory Council in the International Trademark Association (www.inta.org) as well as a Founding Board Member and Secretary of the UAE National Group of the AIPPI (The International

Hady holds an LL.B from the Lebanese University (1988) and an Executive MBA from the American University of Beirut (2008) and is an active member of the Beirut Bar Association (BBA) since 1992.
