Baris GUNAYDIN is gratuated form  Ankara University Law Faculty. He finished his Ph.D thesis deals with Freedom of Expression and Internet in 2009 Anadolu University.He was an academic visitor in Oxford University Socio Legal Studies Programme in Comparetive Media Law and Policy(PCMLP). He is partner of YILDIRIM LAW FIRM and BoD member of BRANDGUARD company in Turkey. He is working on Trademark and Copyright Law.He is a member of IMLA ,INTA.
