Dmitriy A. Vinarov is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Dr. Vinarov’s practice comprises patent prosecution and litigation, with an emphasis on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Dr. Vinarov also provides client counseling in the areas of patentability, freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity analyses. Dr. Vinarov earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame, M.B.A. in Finance from the Marquette University Graduate School of Management, and J.D. from the Marquette University Law School.
