Curtis Smolar is the General Counsel of Legalist. Previously, he was a commercial litigation partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, an Am Law 100 firm, representing fortune 500 financial institutions and small businesses.

Curtis has over 20 years of litigation practice ranging from small firms to AmLaw 100 firms. As a trial lawyer, Curtis brought cases through jury trial, bench trial, and arbitration in practice areas spanning complex, commercial, bankruptcy, real estate, intellectual property, personal injury, employment, products liability and other areas of law.

He holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
