Hande Mahmutoğlu, LL.M has experience of working both as a legal counsel and trial lawyer in her career. She is an officially registered lawyer in Istanbul Bar, working as a legal counsel in Ernst & Young (“EY”) Turkey and currently, providing legal service to corporations and focusing on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Contract Law. Furthermore, she has experience of representing litigation of both native and international clients concerning the protection of intellectual property rights according to Turkish Law and Regulations. Academically, she has been awarded with a thesis-based master related to Internet Law and Data Privacy Law.
