Event Cancellation Policy under COVID – 19 circumstances:

We try to make sure that the Conference programmes, speakers, topics and venues and dates are correct at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing or dates of a Conference. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation and other expenses).

We will endeavor to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on events.iipla.org . In case of Conference Cancellation or Postponement, all valid ticket purchases for IIPLA 2021 USA & IIPLA 2022 Dubai are eligible for a refund in case of physical conference cancellation/postponed due to COVID-19, on the following conditions:

Refund will only be generated In case of cancellation of a physical conference from our end. In that case we will give 3 option to all our Conference participants: –

Options 1 

1. You can opt to get your ticket transferred to the next physical conference. If you opt for this option you will get complementary assess to the upcoming online conference as well.

• In this case you will not get any refund and your ticket price will be adjusted in the upcoming conference.

• In this case you will get assess to 2 conferences (1 Physical + 1 Online) in the same amount.

• Your ticket will automatically get transferred to IIPLA’s next conference unless you have applied for a refund before the Refund Deadline.

Option 2

1. You may opt to attend only the upcomingonline conference. 

• In that case you will get the amount after deducting 20% of Gross Amount.

• For ensuring the same you must complete the Refund request form, as communicated to all Ticket Holders, by dd/mm/yy (Refund Deadline) which will communicated to you with the said option.

• The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment was received (for example, a credit card payment will refund to the same credit card account number) within 21 days of completing the refund request.

• If you have purchased a ticket and haven’t yet received information on how to access the Refund Request form please email mail@iipla.org

• Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the refund of paid fees and we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss of any kind incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

Option 3

1. You may opt out from the the physical as well as online event.

2. In that case you will get the amount after deducting 10% of Gross Amount. This 10% deduction is on account expense incurred by the organization i.e. IIPLA because of Processing and Transaction expenses.

3. For ensuring the same you must complete the Refund request form, as communicated to all Ticket Holders, by dd/mm/yy (Refund Deadline) which will communicated to you with the said option.

4. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment was received (for example, a credit card payment will refund to the same credit card account number) within 21 days of completing the refund request.
